History
Created in California in 1972 by two independent real-estate agents, Art Bartlett and Marsh Fisher, network Century 21 Real Estate LLC became gradually amoung the real estate world leader. It currently federates more than 8200 real estate agencies and cabinets in the world. Century 21 Real Estate LLC gathers today more than 143.000 collaborators in 50 countries. In 2005, the network has realized more than 890.000 transactions in the whole world which positions it in the first place of the international real estate intermediation market.
CENTURY 21 Morocco was launched officially in January 2006. The launching of this new entity specifically to the Moroccan real estate market is a great success. CENTURY 21 Morocco should count in less than 4 years nearly 100 agencies.
